Amazing young man, showed up in 48hrs from downstate an hour and a half away from us, to fix our garage door. He pushed us to the front of the list based on my husband’s medical condition and needing to pull the car in the garage because he is unable to do steps or walk very far. Had been bedridden for 9 weeks, just got him home an disaster struck. He even told his daughter he would be a bit late to the baby shower so he could help us out. We will be using his services forever from this point. No one else called me back.

Extremely friendly service and quality work! We recently had both of our garage doors replaced by Branden from Door Service. He and his wife had the whole job done in less than 5 hours. This included taking our old doors and opener with them so I didn’t have to worry about disposal, which was a great added service. They even had all the cardboard packaging neatly folded and ready to recycle! I haven’t met two friendlier people in awhile and appreciated the honest advice Branden gave regarding the one opener we decided to keep. I will definitely be calling Door Service when that one needs replacing. Thank you!

I contacted Garage Door Service later in the day on a Thursday. I told him that I came home, while walking into house my door clunked, like it fell a foot or two.
I asked if he could come Friday since I didn’t want to be stuck home. He said his Friday was full but he had time this evening. I agreed heartily. I made sure there was no after hours charge.
He arrived, showed me what had broken & repaired it. He then said my rollers weren’t very good so I ask him to replace them also. I think he was here about 45 min to 1 hour. I was extremely pleased.
I thought his price was reasonable, no extra charge for after hours. I highly recommend he & his service.
Nice man. I will recommend him to anyone that needs help with garage door.

Brandon did an excellent job replacing the springs on my garage door. We had a good conversation while he was working. He answered multiple questions that I had about my opener, checked how old it was, and gave advice that made good sense. Called at 2:00pm on a Friday when my garage decided it didn’t want to open or close all the way. Brandon so helpfully offered to talk me through troubleshooting on the phone in attempts to avoid having to send someone out/charge me money. After a few minutes, sure enough, we figured out the culprit and saved us all time/money/hassle. Excellent customer service. Will absolutely use them in the future.

I Googled “garage door repair Lansing Michigan” and I am so grateful that I chose to call Door Service. Not only did Branden pick up the phone (on a Sunday), but he arranged his schedule to be able to come out the same day, knowing that I had a home inspection just days away. The weight he took off of my shoulders when I heard my garage door open and close smoother than it had in years, makes me happy to recommend Door Service to anyone I know. I Googled “garage door repair Lansing Michigan” read the review for this company – and chose him. I called him late Sunday night and he answered! and was over Monday to fix the door. It opens soooo smooth now! I would definitely recommend them. Great customer service. He took the time to show me what the problem was, fixed it and and also a couple of other things. He’s a quick, hard worker and knows what he’s doing that’s for sure.
